Police chasing Young vendors selling Eiffel Miniatures

But the young vendors do not care for these rules. The vendors who hold legal documents and a license, vendors holding a license, or vendors having a legal document but not a license are allowed to sell the miniatures. But when the tourist season comes, the young vendors with no proper document and license run on the roads carrying black plastic bags full of miniatures for sale. After their sale, there starts the chase between the vendors and police which leads to accidents to either of the two. It is a very small problem compared to big financial crisis and poverty but the France Government takes this as a very serious issue.
